Nilofur is a who. She makes a lot of our Tibetan style beads for us. I have picture of her on http://godessoftheconfluence.blogspot.com under visiting a jewelry factory.
I am not very religious but I am very spiritual. The religious jewelry that I have is from a variety of different religions. I choose these pieces for their beauty and for their symbolism. Just like a good metaphor in a story or poem can be understood all over the world, a beautiful symbol can be understood by many religions. The beads above were made by a Muslim woman in Nepal. According to her beliefs no symbols or graven images should be used but she does beautiful work with patterns and symmetry.
We will send you a Pay Pal invoice. If you are looking at an older post, the item may be sold or the price may have changed according to the price of silver.
Love these. WhaT is Nilofur??
